TIME est un cadre mondial pour le traitement des plaies utilisé pour mettre en œuvre des plans de soins adaptés et favoriser la cicatrisation des plaies.1 Il est essentiel d’évaluer le patient dans sa globalité; la préparation du lit de la plaie s’inscrit dans un cycle de soins qui met l’accent sur la prise en charge de la personne dans son ensemble, et non pas seulement sur la plaie elle-même.1
